Welcome to Our Living Yearbook. This Web site is owned and operated by National
Photos, LLC dba Our Living Yearbook. The following terms and conditions apply to
your use of our Web site. Please read them carefully before you enter our Web site.
By using our Web site, you certify that you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions of use. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add,
or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically
for changes. Your continued use of the Web site following the posting of changes
to these terms (including Our Living Yearbook’s Privacy Policy) will mean you accept
those changes.
1. Accounts
Your account on Our Living Yearbook is created for the school your child attends.
You can use your account to view photographs in the gallery for your child’s school.
Your account will be active during the school year and the summer months following
the school year. Our Living Yearbook will remove all accounts in August in order
to create new accounts for the upcoming school year.
2. Photographs and Products
The photographs and images on our Web site are copyrighted, and it is illegal to
reproduce them. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, retransmit, download
or publish any of these copyrighted images without the written consent of Our Living
Yearbook. You can purchase the photographs featured on our Web site from Our Living
Yearbook in the form of photographic prints, or other photographic products (collectively,
the "Products").
3. Privacy Policy
When you order Products from Our Living Yearbook, you will be asked to provide some
personal information, such as your name and mailing address. We protect and use
this information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
